Just bought some nelson's teetha granules and although instruction are on back....just empty contents into babies mouth..... I am wondering if that is all u do and do I do it before her last feed before bed or after? Do I rub it on gums or just empty into mouth? Are the ingredients safe? Guess they must be but worried about amount of sugar?

Any help appreciated

The powder is supposed to be tipped on the tongue, not put on the gums.

I used to pour it on a tea spoon then pour it on the tongue. I used it whenever I felt necessary.

This only worked with ds1.

It never made a blind bit of difference with ds2 though and have resorted to bonjella and calpol when really bad (like now)

was about to ask the same thing! Can you only give them every 2 hours? Or as frequently as needed? DD is having a rough couple of days with her back teeth (even though she's only 13 weeks) and have been using these to keep off the calpol.
