TIPS for parents or anyone that looks after small children:
If you use nappy bags, Instead of buying them, just use the free bags giving by the council for food waste

(obviously doesn't go in food waste caddy lol)

Peeling not if you chuck the bag into your black bag though?

What you said was "If you use nappy bags, Instead of buying them, just use the free bags giving by the council for food waste."

Not "if you run out just use the food waste bags occasionally..."

Guess it depends on whether they do any further sorting. Round here the foxes give a hand with the sorting too!

Our council has a food caddy (collected every week) and a landfill bin (every fortnight) alongsidee recycling boxes. Anything put in the landfill bin goes straight to landfill :) No sorting.

Then maybe I should choose my wording more carefully. I'm brain fogged as it is especially with all the very strong meds I take.

And to be honest first time I used one was the same day I wrote the post, I thought to myself great brainwave, using what's around me, got all excited and wanted to share lol.

Don't nappy bags cost about 7p for 100 from tesco? Why not just use them instead? Confused
