Hi, just that really, what is a normal portion size for a DS 2.8.
The diet is normally obviously not the same everyday but it is a typical example

Breakfast , sausages and scrambled egg
Snack - cheese/ham/breadsticks with dips
Lunch - chicken with vegetables
Snack - fruit
Dinner - pasta with meat/veg etc.

TIA

I'm not sure what the normal portion sizes are. I let DD have more if she's interested. She's very good at stopping herself when she's full.

I also try not to look at look at how much she's eaten daily, but by a week, as somedays she can be hungier than others.
She eats maybe half the size of my portion of dinner. At her 2 year check, her weight / height ratio was measuring evenly.

Well they say for an adult a piece of meat the size of your fist is correct, so if you applied the same ratio to a child that would be about right. That's about what my ds eats.

My 2.5 year old would typically have
Breakfast: 2 or 3 adult weetabix
Snack: banana
Lunch: cheese sandwich (1 slice of bread), an apple (peeled and handed to him, will probably eat about a half)
Snack: biscuit
Dinner: ranges from a child plateful of chicken curry and rice which he loves, to a bit of mash as he turns his nose up at the rest of his meal. Typically no veg passes his lips. Yoghurt.

Your menu seems to contain a lot of cooking!
