13 month immunisations - effects?

I've heard from a few people that the 13 month immunisations were the worst for making their LO feel grotty. Just wanted to see if others found this the case so i can be prepared with the Calpol/ taking tomorrow off work if necessary!

13 months is the MMR, isn't it? You won't see any effects until around 7 days after the injection. In our case there was some temperature and grottiness, but with a dose of Calpol she went to nursery anyway

It is the MMR, we've just been through it. High fever, but easily treated with calpol and breastmilk and lots of napping and cuddles.
However, WW is right; it takes about a week after the injection to occur.

DS2 had his this morning, it was supposed to be the week before Christmas but I moved to avoid the effects coming out over Christmas holidays.
DD and DS1 just had a temp for a day or so and they slept for ages.

DD didn't have any noticeable effects - and she had the MMR plus other stuff (she got the innoculations in Spain where they offer a slightly different immunisation schedule).

My friend's DS just had his and he had a fever and was miserable for a couple of days a few days after the jabs. He soon got over it.

My DD had a fever for a couple of days about 10 days after the jags and also had a little bit of a spotty rash on her tummy which the minor ailment clinic said not to worry about unless it spread or didn't fade after a couple of days.
