My (live-in) nanny has gone for a blood test; she is suspected of having glandular fever. I don't anticipate that she will get the results today. Am I doing the right thing in asking her to go home (which will involve a rail journey and connecting taxis at each end) and rest? The alternative is that she rests here, but I'm concerned about my children and my husband and I being exposed (although I'm aware that symptoms are worst in young adults, rather than young children and the middle-aged).
