just a moan really, I just a bit fed up with drying everything inside in this weather.....am using more disposables than I like....anyone else do this?
am also bored with dd2's nappies! have just been browsing for lovely new fluffly ones ( she doesn't really need any bigger ones yet) and am sooo tempted by some girly wee notions ones and peeweez too and colourful naturebaby wraps!

how sad is this?!

hana - I'm having the same issues, am finding it hard enough to keep up with normal clothes washing let alone nappies too. We don't have the room for a tumble drier and all the radiators seem to be full of clothes. I had a break from cloth over Xmas/New Year and am afraid to say haven't been using them regularly since. Also I'm 39 weeks pregnant just now and new baby will be in disposables for the first few weeks too.

oh bamboozles are lovely if you want some new ones

hi

am also finding it hard but have set up dryng frames in kitchen and on landing. But its a pain at present - really understand. Also wanting to but new nappies and will buy wee notions pocket nappy (they look gorgeous) when new baby born - Im due next week too so will wait to see sex and then splash out for DS taking into account sex of new baby. Have been buying for new baby have to say - gorgeous small minki just arrived in post - bargain off ebay as the girl didnt describe it very well. really tempted to buy more but small last for so little time and will find it hard to dry 2 sets in Jan/Feb/March so new babe will have to be half dispies in first 3 months. Let us know what you buy and what you think of them!

I was a horrilbe mum who dried them on radiators and didn't mind if they were a bit hard - a good shake and they were wearable!

This meant I preferred winter to summer because totsbots would dry in a matter of hours on a hot radiator, but took days in a wet summer when the central heating was off and they were on racks..

We were in Cyprus over the summer, so mine dried in seconds on the washing line (well, exaggerating slightly ) and were really crunchy. DS (to my suprise) didn't mind at all and didn't get any skin irritation from the rough nappies - they soften up the minute they wee anyway.

Mine go on the line even in the winter - if it's not too likely to rain. They still get bleached white (Tots) and they seem to get a lot drier out there. Rain water is good for them too apparently
