No sorry, can't be of any help - I have boys! I do have the raising boys book (my mum bought me for Xmas) but I haven't read it yet.

Is the Raising Girls one by Gisela Preuschoff? It didn't do much for me. It's very gushing in style, very American, doesn't really offer any practical help, and it expects you to do visualisation exercises with your three year old. It also recommends that the most important thing you can do for your daughter, more important than anything else in the world, is buy her a horse. I hated it.

Please don't ... not if you value your hair anyway, because you'll be tearing it out by about page 12!

I haven't read any of the others, I was too traumatised by Raising Girls to buy another one!
