Waterproof mittens for a 1/2yo?

I'd like to get some waterproof mittens for 20mo DS but can't find anything that is flexible enough to let him play. Has anyone found a pair they really like?

Just get several pairs of cheap mittens and change them when they get too wet and cold. They dry quickly on radiators so 3 or 4 pairs should suffice, even allowing for one being in the wash.

DS had some from Polarn O Pyret which were fairly flexible but it's about the amount of material needed to make gloves warm and waterproof vs size of hands which I don't think anyone has managed to get round that one.

I agree that cheapy ones are better for making snowballs etc

Thanks both. He doesn't make too much fuss when I put mittens on him, but he does shoot me very hurt and confused looks when he can't something up :)

Togz ones are great, generous sized though. My 16m old has the 12-18m mits and manages to pick up stuff and play well in the garden. They come well up the arm too for the inevitable plunge into the watering can.
