i'm probably being really thick, but.......when can you put toddlers into non specialist measured from c**s shoes? 18 month old twins who are walking very confidantly and running everywhere have just out grown ther shoes, looked in clarks, but didn't see anything i liked. But have seen a really nice pair of shoes in another shop which seem really sturdy.
Thanks!

My dd is 20 months and this weekend i bought 2 pairs of non - clarks for abou £6 per pair. Shes got a love for playing in soil at the moment and she'll ruin them v quickly. I figure its not like she's going for long waks anyway , more just pottering around. I think Ill get her clarks again in the winter/autumn when the weather is a bit more demanding on shoes and shes walking longer distances. Hope this helps.

DD is 22mo and we've got a 'nice' pair of Clarks and a few pairs of cheaper supermarket shoes. I do get her measured and check her feet in her shoes regularly. I also try to ensure she's barefoot around the house / garden when possible as it's better for her feet.

TBH, if we had the money then I'd buy all clarks/startrite shoes for her but we simply don't have the money. We just about afford one pair and we have to rely on supermarket or secondhand shoes for messy play etc.
