Monkeyfoot bags - brilliant!

In writing my previous thread (a question) I realised I needed to give a big positive recommendation for monkeyfoot wet bags! Due to space being an issue, I got two of their XL bags instead of a nappy bin. I put the used nappies and wipes in there and store them for 2-3 days before unzipping the bag and putting the whole thing in the machine, nappies and all - I never have to touch the dirty nappies as they all tumble out in the wash. The bag NEVER smells, even after 2-3 days. The bags hold loads of nappies and wipes!

I have a few monkeyfoot bags and I think they are great. I have the small for washable wipes, a large double, and now I have an XS for my sandwiches. I'd love an XL but I can never find one in a pattern I like.

They don't wick or smell and look so much nicer than a nappy bucket.

I love Monkey Foot Bags too ! I have a couple of XL and use them instead of a nappy bucket - they are brilliant if you are going away for a couple of nights - you wouldn't want to be stuffing a bucket in the car....
I also love the small size - when I'm going out I fold up one clean nappy in it and then I know I have somewhere to put the dirty one when I need to change DD. And they wash up so well.

I have 2 large ones I use for when out and about and they are fantastic. Nursery love them as they keep smells and everything locked away. They cant be washed at more than 40 degrees though, as otherwise it affects whatever it is they did to make the waterproof inner bind together, so if I am doing a periodic 60 degree nappy wash they go in with the general wash instead.
