So as the title says. I had pretty much decided on a mothercare mychoice 4 pram/buggy however I was a little concerned that the handle is a little bot loose and slightly wobbly on them.
Saw a silvercross freeway yesterday and am really liking the look of this too. I know it's a bit heavier and wider than the my4. I have a big car so the size isn't a huge issue as I should be able to get pretty much any model in the boot.

Just wondered I any of you mums out there had experience of either of these models. Prams have changed so much in the 9 years since i had ds1 an am begin g to feel a bit overwhelmed by the choice!

I had the silver cross freeway. Brilliant for newborn, bit big for toddler really I found.

My 5th pram Blush was this (I had the older version though) which I loved and wish i'd just had it from birth really.

I had to sell it to a friend when I needed a double but it's still going strong.

Just one thing to check with a wider pram is will it go into the house unfolded. Real pain if their fast a sleep when you get home and you can't get it in the door

Remember it might go into your boot, even the front door, but will it go in the tiny newsagents or the shops that have sooo much packed into them getting a big buggy/pram round is impossible. The shopssellng buggys leave a lot of room so it lulls you into a false sense of security. I had a bugaboo for mine and I wouldn't have wanted anything any wider.

Just checked the dimensions agains some of re order popular brands and actually it's not as large as I first thought. Averages about 6-7cm wider than brands such a the bugaboo. I'm wondering if it's because all the wheels are evenly spaced as opposes to wider at the back and narrower at the front which just makes them look smaller. Hmm

If you've got the boot space in the car, check out the Stokke Xplory. I love mine. It is massive in terms of taking up boot space, but it's so easy to wheel round and is surprisingly nippy in small spaces. Baby is so high up you can really chat to them when you're out.
