DD2 is 4, and still wears pull ups to bed at night. Each morning, the nappy is totally sodden, and just recently it's leaked everywhere.

She's always been a really heavy wetter- we had to stop using washable nappies at night because we couldn't find one that could contain everything. She's also quite a big girl, wearing clothes for a 5-6 yo.

So, finally i get onto my question. Can anyone recommend a nappy that can withstand huge amounts of urine without leaking? Are Dri-nights any good? We all so desparetely need a good nights sleep- I've had to a full change of bedlinen (mine and hers) every night for the last week- that i'll try anything!

Move over from pull-ups to dri-nights, they are slightly bigger, and have more absorbant material.

DS is 6, a big boy, and they work (90% of the time for him)

Definiteltbgive drynites a go....

pull ups are potty training pants and not designed to be saturated, where as drynites are more of a nappy and absorb much more.

On the other hand pamapers baby dry size6 hold a lot and are cheeper than drynites

Sounds like dri nights it is. She get very very upset about wetting the bed, even though we've been extremely careful to not put any pressure on her. Whatever she does is just fine by us. She has wanted to try and go without a nappy, but after 2 weeks of being constantly wet, asked to go back into nappies. I suspect that the hormone she needs to reduce her urine production hasn't kicked in yet, so she just isn't physically ready to last out all night long.
