Disposable night nappy? Does such a thing exist?

Hello

My ds is nearly 7mo and is waking at 2am needing a nappy change. We are currently using Tesco own equivalent of Pampers Baby Dry and have also used Pampers Active Fit. I have some Bamboozles up in the loft which I used with my dd but I'd rather exhaust all disposable avenues before digging them out!

Does anyone have any recommendations? Or is cloth really the best night nappy?

Thanks :)

When we go away I tend to use Nature Babies eco-disposables and have never had a leak with those. My son is nearly 9 months and a medium/heavy wetter.

We found Pampers' actual Baby Dry the best. I used these even when DS was in cloth nappies during the day, as we had the opposite issue - leaks when we used cloth overnight.

But it also depends how well they fit your particular baby, so if pampers don't work well for you then suggest trying some other brands - Huggies perhaps? Some of the other supermarket ones I didn't find very good, though I found Tesco's not bad (but not quite as good as Pampers).

I tend to use cloth at night now but if I am using a disposable the only one that hasn't leaked is my nature babycare.

all my children have been heavy wetters at night and what worked for us was the next size up in Pampers baby dry.

Or the next size up in whichever disposable nappy you use.

sometimes pull ups seem to work better

Thanks everyone :) My dd was a heavy wetter, we used to layer 2 bamboozles too absorb it all! I really hope I'm not going to have the same with ds. I'm not even sure they'll fit him as he has very chunky thighs and dd was a skinny minnie.

I'll get a small pack of nature babies and some pampers baby dry and test it out. I have some Pampers Simply Dry in the house too so just trial and error with brand and sizes.

Thanks for your experiences :)

I was thinking on this and if you can get bamboo prefolds I think you would find that they would work a treat. IIRC either naturebabies or nappy nation or babeco used to do them

Just put a cheap sanitary towel or incontinence pad inside the nappy.
