Hello, not sure if any MNer can help with this or not.
Sadly my much loved auntie died on 30th December, she was 76 and it was expected but I loved her so much and am going to miss her tremendously.
My aunt was married to my Uncle who is Swiss for 56 years, he speaks good English as do one or teo of my cousins. However, the eldest daughter who was closest to my aunt and who was with her when she died does not speak a great deal of English, thankfully a hug can traverse these barriers and we did hug a lot on the evening my aunt died.
I'd like to buy my cousin a small gift to take back to Switzerland after the funeral and was thinking of this which sums up my aunt to me as an angel with a heart of gold - we were very close and I am going to miss her so much.
I'd like to just enclose a note in my cousin's language to say
"I bought this angel for you as it reminds me of your Mum who I always saw as an angel with a heart of gold. I will miss her so very much and will love her forever. I am so glad you were with her during her last days and know you were very special to her,and I know she will always be with us in spirit. Much love to you always"
Can any MNer help?
Thank you so much if you can help - I would be able to tell my cousin that someone translated this so kindly for me.
