How do you tidy and do housework with a 9 month old baby in tow? She gets bored while I'm trying to get things done.
Advice welcome!

Yeah its just hard because she's only been crawling a couple of weeks . She just wants to move ALL the time and gets frustrated if I try to keep her in one place like her high chair . I can definitely give it a go though, I suppose its not as restricted as her highchair.
Ugh sleep.. if only. She only has 30 minute nap 2 times a day where I have the chance to clean. I get through as much as I can but I can barley vaccum the living room in that time never mind getting to the kitchen.. I guess we'll see how it goes

We used the travel cot as a playpen - in fact we only put it away when he turned two and could have climbed out, if he wanted! Lots of toys and books to chew, and he was happy in there for ages.

I really struggle now he's older as he just wants to follow me and mess everything up in the room I'm trying to tidy, plus he's scared of the hoover.

I learnt to do a lot of things one handed. Ie hoovering. Also sitting them in high chair with toys for as long as they'd play calmly (you can get a lot done in ten minutes) Stairgates between kitchen and stairs with baby proof lounge in the middle was helpful if I was downstairs. Washing was sorted and put in machine after they were in bed, so it could go on in morning. Put away etc during nap time.
Basically essential housework done in short bursts. Sit them in cot with toys if putting washing away. Chat away to them, let them watch you.
I think it's doable if you don't have too much clutter.
