what do yours do when they come in from school....any ideas on what to do as family ideas feel that we are losing daughter...

you are, she's 13. by 15 you'll be lucky if she eats with you

at 13 - my kids came in from school, got changed, next days stuff, homework, chores.

then it was teatime

after tea they buggered off

Eat, watch tv, eat, homework, eat, x box, eat, computer, eat, more homework.
Then it's dinner and we always sit down together.
Sometimes it's then football or badminton.
Then more eating, and more of the rest until bed.
They are tall and skinny teenage boys by the way.

You are not losing your daugher you are losing your child and gaining an adult. It's just that the process can be a bit painful! All normal - good luck.
