Does anyone speak Polish and could help me with writing messages to parents?

I work in a Reception Class where we have 2 pupils who don't speak English. They're slowly building up their English vocab but I'd really like to send messages home to their parents telling them how well they're doing. There's only so much you can communicate by smiling and doing thumbs up!

Simple stuff really, for example,

F is learning lots of new words from looking at his reading book

That sort of thing. Can anybody help?

Have looked on online translators but someone told me the grammar is incorrect and language too formal.

Thank you so much abeautifulbutterfly. We have lots of Urdu and Punjabi speakers at school to help lots of our children but I'm worried that our two little Polish boys are missing out. They are fab and settling in well.

I will put the above translation in his book on Monday.

If you don't mind could you please translate the following:

"Welcome to Reception Class"

"I work in F's class but don't speak Polish. Someone has kindly said that she will translate some messages into Polish so you can find out how F is getting on at school"

"F is having lots of fun at school but working hard too"

"Please look at the book with F. Perhaps he could tell you some of the new English words he has learnt"

"We change the reading book 3 times each week. Please sign it so we know that it needs changing"

"F is trying really hard with his sounds"

Sorry that's a massive list but should last me a few weeks!

I really appreciate your help. It must be so difficult for them. I am sure it won't be long until they've learnt enough English to communicate with both staff and their peers but I just want to help them get through this stage.

"Welcome to Reception Class" >Witamy w zerowce!

"I work in F's class but don't speak Polish. Someone has kindly said that she will translate some messages into Polish so you can find out how F is getting on at school" >Ja pracuje z klasa F. ale nie mowie po polsku. Ktos mi pomaga w tlumaczeniu paru komunikatow, zebyscie Panstow mogli sie dowiedziec o postepach F. w szkole.

"F is having lots of fun at school but working hard too" > F dobrze sie bawi w szkole ale jest rowniez bardzo pracowita i pilna (pracowity i pilny for a boy).

"Please look at the book with F. Perhaps he could tell you some of the new English words he has learnt" > Prosze przegladac czytanke z F. Moze pochwali sie slowkami, ktorych sie ostatnio nauczyl (nauczyla for a girl)

"We change the reading book 3 times each week. Please sign it so we know that it needs changing" > Wymieniamy czytanke 3 razy w tygodniu. Prosze ja podpisac, zebysmy wiedzieli, ze trzeba ja wymienic.

"F is trying really hard with his sounds" >
F naprawde sie stara wymawiac nowe dzwieki.
These phrases are interchangeable for boy/girl. Where you need different forms for boy/girl I have given them in brackets.

GOod luck, you're a star!

Thank you both so much. Sorry I haven't been around for a while but the translations are so helpful.

We had another Polish starter today so 3 children will now benefit from your kindness.
