HELP! Sciences and Maths very very rusty

Hi
I'm a law graduate who is completely unhappy and has always wanted to do medicine. However, I dashed off around the world after a period of illness in AS level year and thus have no sciences since my GCSEs (A*s but nearly a decade ago)

I really want to do grad entry medicine but need to ace the GAMSAT/UKCAT exams

Please do you have any tips on how I can get up to speed to A level standard with Maths, and Chemistry, Biology and a dash of Physics?

It means so much to me and I am really worried that I've left it too long and thrown away my chances

Thanks

For the chemistry, biology and physics I'd just get A level revision guides from your local bookstore as that will give you an overview of the syllabus. Not sure about maths though it might be better to look for some online resources as a starting point.

Thanks webwiz, that's what I did today Grin unfortunately I was there in waterstones flcking through them and I realised I've even forgotten basic GCSE stuff! Shock so have got GCSE, AS and A2 level books Hmm maths- I'm probably KS3 level (erm age 12-13) at a maximum.. maybe I'll leave it til last..

For the maths you could start with the BBC GCSE revision site

www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/maths/ Its interactive so you get instant feedback.

S-cool www.s-cool.co.uk/alevel/maths.html is good for a starting point for A level maths.

Good luckGrin
