try shampooing dry hair, then add little by little water.. seem to do the trick.

(has happend with various substances in this house on many occasions)

use head and shoulders, it worked when DD smeared herself in sudocrem!

Threelittleducks · 29/09/2010 09:49

Ha ha ha ha ha!! What is it with children and Sudocreme!!?

My ds has done this so many times. Have tried washing and washing before - doesn't work, bloody stuff is waterproof!

One time, when ds still had all of his baby hair we just cut it all off. We were planning to do this anyway as his hair was far too long and really in need of a cut. His decision to 'do hair like daddy' though just helped me make the decision faster :)

I'm all for cutting it off!
But one is a girl and the other is sporting a surfer dude look ('he-has-a-desperate-dad-emoticon' hehe)

Doesnt help that DD scream the house down EVERY bath time/hair wash - Shes only had two years to get used to them i spose!

Thanks for the advise, was hoping for a 'spinkle salt and it will fall out' tip, but yours are just as good Grin

Going to be a fun morning! Confused

Dd did this with sudocrem. I put shampoo in her dry hair, then rinsed it out, seemed to work

Shampooing dry hair worked with DD (who was old enough to know better when she did it!) but if it is really stubborn, possibly a bit of washing-up liquid followed by a wash with 'proper' shampoo might do the trick.
