babykind sent me an email the other day about a new product that might interest you.
They have trainer pants but also ones with a pocket that you can boost called superundies here. I haven't tried them though so can't comment on how good they are.

imgonnaliveforever · 23/07/2010 09:29

I was looking for these for a while, but I found I didn't really need them as potty training was so quick, I think cos ds has always been in cloth so was very aware of the whole process and quite keen to start.

mumface · 23/07/2010 10:16

Potty training has been going on for months in this house DS2 is 3.5 yrs now and still has a lot of accidents.
He wears pants at home and Blueberry training pants at nursery, when out and in car. He has NEVER managed to a poo on the toilet yet!
Thanks for the link SmacsGonePotty I have ordered a pair of the pull ups. I saw them on ebay but too, but I have a code for Babykind wo4lo for 5% off

SmacsGonePotty · 23/07/2010 16:24

No problem mumface I would be interested to hear what you think of them.
We are in the early stages of potty training and I'm reluctant to spend money if I don't need to but DD won't poo in the potty and asks for nappy on. I'm not pushing her as she is only 2y4m but if the no poo phase goes on then we might consider these. She has only pooed in the pants once but I think she holds on to it unless she has a nappy on. She is pretty good with wee though even if she has a nappy on she will tell me and we take it off.

Tried the Superundies pull ups today (the ones without snaps) as they arrived the next day. We went out for 5 hours and they held I suspect 1 or maybe 2 wees no problem. No leaks at all. Got the medium size and a they are a good fit, look just like pants and didn't bulge or slip down like some I have tried (minki yoyo's and pocket bots)
Would really recommend them. I am wondering how they pocket ones would hold up at night with a couple of inserts in them. I am loving them and want a pair in the other 2 colours now.

SmacsGonePotty · 27/07/2010 21:18

They sound great mumface and good for babykind in dispatching so quick! I'll keep them in mind for DD but we are doing quite well with wees just need to work on poos...

ziggyf · 27/07/2010 21:31

mumface - Superundies have just released a nighttime version in the US but they haven't made it over here yet. I'm looking forward to trying them as DS in currently in disposable pull-ups at night and I hate them.

mumface · 27/07/2010 21:36

Would also like to try those, he has had a few leaks out of Motherease bedwetters lately. Maybe contact Babykind and see if they can get any in their next shipment.

Ineedsomesleep · 02/08/2010 08:35

I was just going to start a thread on this. DD (3 tomorrow) is ok in the day but lazy at night. The only way she will stay dry is if she is in cloth, but then she can't take the tappy off and put it back on so she calls me.

If she is in disposables or pull-ups she just has a wee and I want her to stop and wait for morning.

MrsJuan, what do you think of the Superundies? Do you think a 3 year old would be able to go on the potty in the night on their own?
