I think it's a fab name.

ff2, I LOVE the name Noah, it was the Noah Owen thing, so no offence (in sarth afrikaaan accent)

I too like Delilah and Tallulah but feel they're a bit strumpetish (esp if in the bible, but she was a bit of a temptress iirc)

they aren't like Jezebel though are they? I mean, these days those names don't have strumpety connotations unless you are v into your Bible I don't think.

I do concede you can't really become a nuclear physicist who looks like Ann Widdecome with a name like Delilah, and I do think that should always be an issue. Just in case, you understand. At the moment my two non-Delilahs are quite fetching.

Oh, and the childminder said she wasn't bellowing 'come here Delilah' across the playgroup either.

tbh I'd feel a bit nervous about giving that sort of florid name (esp Tallulah, even though it is also lovely) to a dd of mine. I think I'd find it a bit of a burden if it was mine, but maybe you grow into that sort of name if you have it all your life (don't know if that's a good thing or not...).
