Wouldn't give less than £20.

Apart from that, give as much as you can afford and wish to give.

It depends on who it is and how close you are. I'd probably give £50. I DO dislike vouchers though (but not wishing to start a row!)

Agree with www - it depends on the relationship and how much you can afford, I guess. We have spent nearly £200 on my sister's wedding present but have spent between £20 - 50 on friends' presents. It's really up to you

Agree with HMC, £20 is the minimum I'd give in vouchers. How far I would go above that figure would depend on a) how much I could afford and b) how close i was to the couple.

I do think it depends on who's wedding it is.

Close friend - £20- £30
Not close friend or random relative (cousin you don't see etc) - £10 - £20

But then I am penniless....

Ohh thats hard it depends on who the couple are and how close they are to you, it depends on what you can afford to spend at the time, it depends on if there is something special you want to give.

I do tend to give gifts rather than vouchers. To be honest I would give less in vouchers than I would spend on a gift.

Agree between 20 and 50 depending on closeness of friendship and finances at the time. Not keen on vouchers either, unless it is known to be towards something specific - we've funded a Wine Tour on honeymoon and a picture, which I don't think you could choose easily for someone else.
