Step DS1 - 'Bean' - Due to his odd shaped head
Step DS2 - 'Oscar' - I have no idea
DD - 'Trumpet' - A nod to her love of breaking wind in a comedy style in the early weeks

For first few weeks DS was Hufflepuff, because he sounded weazy.
Went trhough chunky baby stage and became Lumpy, it seems to have stuck with many varations, such as Lumpus , Lumpty , lumpus gravius, or el lumpo. He has lost his puppy fat now but not the associated names

SamboM · 05/06/2003 15:13

Weezle, Bug, Buglet, Gremlin Ears (?!) Monkey, Sausage, Sausage Pie,

wickedstepmother · 05/06/2003 15:20

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Slug - what a cultured baby you have, olives and brie ?! It's more sausage and beans 'round my way !!

Also love El Lumpo

Ds is Spud - mainly due to large head - dd is Smidge - not really sure why or Tink - short for Tinkerbell as she is usually prancing about like a fairy.

snowbird · 05/06/2003 20:16

Ds is known as 'munch' short for munchkin, little man, snuffle truffle pig.

scoobysnax · 05/06/2003 20:37

DD calls me "you old fool".
I thought I had ages to go before that happened...

Dahlia · 05/06/2003 20:48

We are very strange, dd is generally known as frog, mog, mogwin, bun, bunworthy, mistress bunworthy, mogwai, or noyle. She likes mogwin best but will answer to all. (She is 7).

dd was 'Chairman Mao' due to uncanny resemblance, is now 'poops' or 'poopy' for obvious reasons. ds (3 months) is 'rocket' (after Fimbles frog) and 'pickles'.

cathncait · 07/06/2003 12:35

we have a 'pooka-moose' - i still don't know why. THen we add a lot to it like - moose caboose, papoose and others that arn't real words. Also call our poor dd chicken.
