Saggy tum

19 months after giving birth i've still got a huge saggy tummy, which just looks ridiculous in comparrison to the rest of me. I've never been busty, but my boobs have shrunk dramatically aswell from 34b to an A cup, which makes a lot of people think i'm younger than my actual age. (not good when the teenage girl at the checkout refuses to sell you tobacco unless you can show id) I know i'll never completly get rid of my stomach, but does anyone know any sites which could give me any tips, or just advice in general.

dear starshine 79

i have a 5 year old daughter and i got fed up after a while with my whole apperance. I do some crunches in the afternoon, i started at doing 30 taking my time and doing 10 side crunches each side. after 3 months of doing this every day maybe resting for 2 days max i went from a 28inch waist to a 25inch waist. i also do bum and thigh exercises and after the same amount of time i have lost 2 to 3 inches around my bum and thighs. they are simple floor exercises and take me about half an hour to do all my stuff at first it took me about 40 mins. you really do have to persavere with it if you want it to happen it will. as for your diet all i do is still eat chocolate but as much and i still eat it everyday thats why i dont eat as much i dont deprive myself of anything just cut down. anyway hope the tummy crunches work like they have for me. good luck

There is a website called ivillage which has quite alot of health advice and may be useful. I also did abdominal exercises and they do work, but it is hard to get motivated on your own. A video is another option. Your library may loan them, mine has a big selection and they are exempt from charges as they are self-improving! Good luck.

anyone got a nice, easy, nutritious, it really works diet to share? HELP!

Chippy, join us on the 'postnatal weight loss' thread - see you there!

Try Herbalife it really works. I lost 20lbs in one month. They have tablets that burn fat, absorb fat from food, stop cravings for sweets, carbohydrates whatever you need. Like you I had an outrageously big saggy tummy 20 months after my first daughter & a small bust about same size as you. I also went to the gym 3 days a week for three weeks.

I had my daughter 11 months ago by c. section. My 3 year old son was also by c. section. My stomach is outrageously flabby. It looks like the 'before' shot in a tummy tuck ad. Will this ever go away. Will stomach crunches do it? I've recently started yoga but its the gently, gently variety so am not sure how effective this will be in the short term. Will I have to resort to going under the knife (don't think I could really)and having a tummy tuck? Has anyone had a tummy tuck? I presume it means you can't get pregnant again.
