i have chatted to quite a few on msn, chatted to titania on the phone, chatted to queeneagle on the phone too and spoke on the webcam>, hoping to eventually meet MTS in June, ive chatted to her on msn for a while and i cant wait to meet her and her dh and ds.

i spoke to custardo the other night on msn for the first time and she was a scream! sadly shes prob in hiding from me now incase i try and talk to her again

I've met Anteater - he's not how I imagined him at all but he is soooo lovely, really friendly and an absolute angel to allow me, JT and 3 kids to descend on his lovely home on a wet afternoon!

The only other person I've met is JoolsToo and funnily enough, she was exactly how I imagined her

I always expect people to be weird geek-types with eyes popping out of their heads, or impossibly glamourous footballers' wives. Nobody I've met so far has come into either category (though janh, bunny2, costamum and prufrock are rather glamourous compared to me in terms of nice hair, lack of baby sick stains etc).

And I would love to meet up with a couple of the mums I have chatted to on msn too - notably Spacecadet as we seem to have loads in common, mad sense of humour being just one {snurk]

I've met a few mumsnetters and they may not have been as I imiagined they looked like from the image I'd built up in my mind, but I can't say I've met anyone who I didn't like or who seemed totally different to their online persona.

Not mentioning names in case I inadvertently omit anyone and offend!

everyone I have met have always been lovely, and everyone is a bit shyer I think in real life. i am definately, I do have a fiery temper though but never at a mumsnet meet up, can you imagine???

Evryone I've met has had teh personality, with andintelligence that they've displayed online. And once they've had a few drinks and stopped being on best behaviour they've become even more like their online personas. Physically I don't tend to imagine - but I think that's one of the joys of Mumsnet- you don't and can't make judgements of people based on what they look like.
