Just skimmed through thread, but a regular cookery class sounds good, Parents are desperate for after school activities and don't often have time for things like cookery and baking.
You could do classes and parties, if you are any good at basic crafts this could be popular as well.
Come to think of it I like the idea of craft classes my self, just off to write a business plan .
