How heavy and tall are your babies?

hi was just wondering how tall and heavy your baby is? Everyone says my baby is so tall, I just can't see it! He is 79cm tall, 13m and weighs 23lb 9oz that was 2 weeks ago.Is this really big? He is in 12-18month clothes , which are big for him.
How big are your babies?

Dd is over 62cm tall (last measured 4weeksago and she has definitely grown), 4months old and weighs 16.5lb. She's inbetween 3/6 and 6/9 month clothes depending on the store. Everyone says she's going to be really tall too- but then again her dad's 6'3". suppose your ds is quite tall, he'll get all the ladies later in life!!

Dd4 is 62+ cms too and will be 5 months on the 20th. Ummm, have no idea how much she weighs but she resembles Winston Churchill

he he he gggg!!!! I think babies that resemble churchill are wonderful!! Dd is the same, it's either churchill or a british bulldog.....

My son is:

Height: 65cm

Weight: 6.3kg (13lb 14oz)

Age: 5 Weeks exactly today.

I was out in mothercare today and a woman asked me how many months was he. I get this all the time.

DS2 - 17 1/2 months old - 26.7lb and 86cm tall - has been in 18-24 month stuff since he was just about to turn 1yr old.

DS1 at the same age was a similar weight but only 76cm tall!!

all my babies have been huge! and always went into bigger size clothes etc, grew out of the first stage car seat quiclky, but dd2 is now almost 10 months and is only 62 cms long! and weighs exactly 20 pounds, she still easily fits into some 3-6 months clothes, but def is too small for 9-12 months, she was tiny at birth, 8lb 3 at 38 weeks and was so short and dinky looking that we had to go and buy early baby because newborn drowned her!! even now, people think shes only about 6 months at the most.

ds is 19mths and is
86cm tall
24lbs and in some 12-18 and some 18-24mth clothes...people r always telling me he is huge for his age but HV has told me he is dropping into low weight as he hasnt put weight on since about 11mths ..lol Cant win

My son is 108cm and 18kg, and 2.10 years. he's so far above the line his little book thingy that the HV has referred him to a paediatrician (sp?). He looks about 5 i'd say, he is in size 5-6 years tops and 4 years trousers. (long body and short legs!!!!!)

I haven't had DD weighed in ages, but last time she weighed 14lb at 19 weeks, so pretty much on 50% percentile.

small!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However looking back at ds's record book tells me at 18 mths he was 92 cms tall and weighed 29lbs
Big boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Age 11 now and is 5ft and 6.5 stone....

mine is 7 months, 72cms long, 22 lbs !! her birth weight was 9lbs 1oz and she was 51 cm long..

she is in 9-12 months clothes and same for shoes too. Docs said she is gonnabe a tall girl

kama - my DS2 put on just under 2kg in 6 weeks Born 3.5kg - at 6 weeks was 5.4kg!

ds was 9lb 1oz at birth which i think is why the hv ranted about his weight now...but he doesnt keep still even though he eats tons

my DS2 was 7lb 11oz, and 55cm long at birth (gawd knows how I managed to fit that length inside me LOL - I'm only a shorty!)

ds1 was about 56cms at birth, no sweat! 7lbs 14 at 37 weeks, and was just so long, midwives measured him twice!! to check, hes 11 and hes abig lad now, has overtaken his 13 year old sister height wise, wears age 13-14 clothes.he is stocky too

At 12months (the nearest measurements to your ds at 13m) my dd was 77cm and 23lb 3oz. She's now almost 8 and still pretty tall, but slimmer.

Ds was about the same height and at 13m weighed 25lb. He's now 2 and much the same build as dd was but doesn't get the same comments as dd did about her height.

BTW at birth dd was 7lb 12oz and 53cm
Ds was 8lb 5oz and 55cm.

Don't know how tall she is now but my dd was 79cm at 9 months. She'll be 1 on Friday and is wearing 18-24month clothes.

my ds was measured last week.

length / height 72.5cm and weight about 21lb. This was at his 8mth check and puts him on the 75th centile for both.

ds was 77cm at 8 months so his growth has slowed right down , he is in 12-18m clothes, most of which fall off him at the mo but still look cute! he has got size 4.5F feet thou!

I'm going to get DS weighed in the next few days and I'm actually scared about how much weight he has been putting on!! He has really piled it on in the past few weeks - I'll let you know when he's done!

He was 17lbs 13 - on my weigh to clinic in a mo now so I'll update later, providing I don't faint!! You can really see he has piled it on!
