im on i.b at moment, but setting up own business after wed and dd earns ok wage, but mortgage people would have to take all this into consideration to give us the money!
we can afford the martgage as we are now, but its wether they believe us
then..we have to sell our!!
but ill be so so so gutted if we dont get it
