Cleaning the shower door and water marks

I have a new shower door and it has water marks on it and i cannot remove them.. Can anyone help??

I fill a sink with hot water and add a little bit of cream cleaner, wash down shower, and then dry with paper towels, it takes a few minutes, but took doing it everyday, twice for a week to get back to scratch as the house we moved into was FILTHY RANK
