Does anyone know where I can get this from without spending a fortune? I've googled and found plenty of packaging shops who want to charge £40 for a huge reel, but I just want a couple of metres, and I'd rather it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Online would be easier.

RTKangaMummy · 04/05/2005 12:01

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 12:01

Perhaps I really should buy an enormous roll rather than just a couple of metres; that way everyone can have a go

Do it at home time then they go out on a deffo brill high

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 12:03

Yes, that's what I was thinking - make it the last thing they do (as long as they don't then throw up their tea all over the cat).

They will all leave really excited and the mums and dads will be impressed with the clever idea

As long as they vomit outside or in the car going home

It will be OK

Spacecadet · 04/05/2005 12:37

, must go and get ds2 from pre school.

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 13:29

I'm going to feed them rubbish full of e-numbers, get them all hyped up bashing at the pinata and jumping on the bubble wrap ... then hand them over to the parents with a sweet smile .

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 13:43

That would be a bit too naughty, wouldn't it

OP posts:
RTKangaMummy · 04/05/2005 13:46

naughty but funny

Obviously not for mini-wigwam if she ate it all

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 13:47

I would be feeding mini-WigWam home made versions of the crap, and giving her watered down orange juice so she couldn't tell that she was getting different food from everyone else

WigWamBam · 04/05/2005 14:44

We've only ever had children around to play rather than a party before, but now she's 4 and knows what parties are, she wants a proper one. We're being brave and doing it at home, praying that the weather will be nice and we can sling them all out into the garden. We'll mainly let them play, but we have a face painter/balloon sculptor coming, and I have been talked into having a pinata as well. Lots of junk food, lots of play, a few easy games ... I still think I may have bitten off more that I can chew though
