im very lazy and havent been food shopping so me and dd are having basta bake with frozen rost potatoes!!!!!!!

Well there's a chicken in the oven roasting itself - I don't think a roast dinner will accompany it, can't be bothered with all that peeling. I think bread is good. Bread and chicken. Good wholesome food.

bssh chicken breast, mix philidelphia with pesto. spread on chicken and roll it wrap in tin foil parecels and cook
with potatoes (rice for ds1 though~) and veg

mmm, have chicken breasts but lacking inspiration so may give that a go.

Probably salmon and watercress sauce with mash and peas. What I'd like is fish finger and potato waffle sandwiches!

can stick a squirt of lemon juice in, or bit of creme fraiche and basil

We're having a take away curry. I had one with my mate on friday night but it's dh's birthday today and he fancies one so I'm not arguing. Going out for his bday meal tomorrow.

we had spag bol and garlic bread for lunch so had stilton and cucumber sandwich (and wine!!) for tea.

Shepherds pie "as cooked in India" according to the recipe. Was delicious - just ordinary mince, tomato and mash topping, but with ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin and tamarind added while the mince is cooking.
