I think that people who park in M & T are PITA. people who park in disables spots are utter arseholes.

M&T places are nice to have but are seldom essential. Disabled slots are essential.

I don't see what they'd have to complain about - either they're illegally parked or they're disabled with a fallen off badge and will understand the reason/sentiment behind the sign.

thanks SD it went to my Junk box...

i emailed sainsburys to complain i had seen a member of their staff abusing a p&t space. they said they would mention it in team talks so i hope they do. think if i was her i would have had sense to not wear my uniform.

as for disabled spaces, i would never abuse them but i would park in one if i was with my grandmother - she does not have a badge as she does not have a car and is also too proud to ask for one. however she cant walk far so i dont feel i would be abusing the space. lack of badge doesnt necessarily mean lack of need

debs, tell your mum to swollow her pride and get a badge. will save your car getting plastered with leaflets.

if she mobility partt of DLA then she automatically gets a badge just by filling in a small form.

sorry, meant your grandmother.

if you do park in one on council property or even private land, u coul,d get clamped if u dont ahve a badge.

would only park on one in a supermarket misdee and if anyone saw her it would be obvious why she needs space. believe me, we have tried to get her to apply. its not filling out the forms that are the problem, it is the shame (at least that is how she sees it)

misdee · 24/04/2005 17:36

tell her its worse when your a 25yr old man who has to have a badge
