Hiya all, I'm off to Ikea tomorrow....what toys are available at the moment?
What should I look out for?
Is the mechanno on the website any good?

also bought three girly spotty tins in three different sizes..ideal for painting pens, pencils, chalks etc..and very girly and trendy looking too

the easel is the cheapest in the uk i'm sure and very sturdy my boys used it since they could stand!! just watch out for paint splashes!!

They've had wooden sit on pushalong bikes before and little wooden rocking horses (rocking moose actually IIRC!) and classic pushalong trolley of bricks. Oh and the bead frame is a must!

The meccano thing (the one in a red and black carry case thing) is brill. My DS age 4 sits for ages screwing things together.

OK - so I'm back

2 Mechanno sets
a stacker toy
Chalk & wax crayons
a bead maze thingee

lots of kitchen cupboards, a shaving mirror for dh, small table & 2 chairs, very large table for lunches-messy play etc, large metal bin (don't ask), clock, more kitchen cupboards

lots of money lots of stuff

Altogether a grand day out
