Shall I buy this?

Don't exactly need it and it hasn't got a hood but I've been after a corduroy coat for ages. Tried it on today and I really like it (they have it in a darker brown than this picture - nicer than the one shown). Only problem is we are skint (as per) and dh may kill me...

Hate to be the boring voice of reason, and I like corduroy, but if you're skint should you really buy it? Is it worth dying for?

I like cord - I think this could look nicer on than in the photo, especially in the darker brown and if it 'nips' in at the waist.

I don't do trainers , PG Not never, not nohow. Well...I have some suede trainerish type shoes, but not real trainer trainers.

Moo, the only thing about the coat is, how much wear will you get if it's coming to 'summer' (HA!). Mind you, no reason you can't wear it this autumn and winter.

BUY it! £55 for a coat is OK!

moo - like the coat but the only thing with corduroy is that it settles where your bumps are - so it might 'go' at the bum, boobs and elbows

GDG - like the paisly halter - not keen on the rest

I was only trying to be sensible. Personally if I liked it I'd buy it.
I would say the fact that it hasn't got a hood is a plus. A hood on a corduroy coat might make it look a bit nerdy.
Like all the things you've ordered GDG, especially the paisley one - v pretty.

I like the paisley top too - I tried on a crochet one in that same shape in Next but couldn't figure out what bra I could wear with it. Going without not an option.
