Yorkiegirl, has your DD been given antibiotics?
If not, and the bites are very painful, red or swollen, PLEASE take her back. Dog bites are notoriously nasty for infections and IME medics are absolutely crap at treating them properly. I don't want to scare you but she is very likely to have infection unless she is treated with antibiotics, so please if in any doubt at all go right back to the doctor/injuries unit. Really important.
