Moving to Swansea

Hello, we are planning to Swansea in the next couple of months, any suggestions for nice areas to live with good primary schools? I hear Mumbles is a nice area to live, can anyone living there tell me a little bit about life in Mumbles?

Hi Turkish! How has the move been so far? Planning of moving to Swansea with my family three children 6,5 &1. Which areas to live and school s for the kids .husby is getting a transfer do not bad and I can go to university to do some courses Uwtsd to be precise any advice will be appreciated.thanks

Hi Ruth! This thread is a couple of years old so you're unlikely to get a response here. There is a mumsnet local board for Swansea, take a look and post something on there and you should get a better response.

Mumbles is great, students is 20 years out of date, when there was a hall and students went that way. They all stay in Swansea now.
