That'd be quarry tiles. My parents have them in the kitchen and they are vv cold tbh. Also, anything dropped breaks instantly and totally.

Look fab though, and spilling stuff is no problem at all.

We have tiles in the kitchen too and so now we also have plastic tumblers (thanks to my DH, I am convinced he dropped things to avoid putting them away )
