jrsmum-youn are making me jealous !
Keep a grip on that man or I may come sniffing about
Hope you're managing-at least you know that we're all here. I've only just discovered MN. Wish I'd known about it all those years when me and my dh were apart.

hmb, any pictures of him flying a desk...?

jrsmum · 15/01/2005 20:28

Thank you for all the hugs I spoke to dh today and he says he feels the same and time drags for him to.

Still looking at wedding pictures last night helped a lot, just trying to cling on to happy memories rather than present nightmares.

Hello again, just so you know someone is here!!!

How was your day today?

I've just been to see Phantom of the Opera with my mum and it was fantastic - better than I expected it to be.

jrsmum · 15/01/2005 21:33

Is it as good as the reviews say ? I really wanted to see it but we live in the sticks so a bit difficult.

I'm fine today my friend made my son and I dinner so that was cool. However on the bad side just been told I need to have some treatment in hospital in feb, Fan-bloody-tastic oh well as the saying goes Shit Happens!!!(Just wish it wasn't always to me!)

Sorry to hear that, hope it's not too serious. I've got to have an op in Feb too so it's not just you and I've just got over the last one, well last year but still too soon to have another one. This time it's keyhole surgery on my knee but I haven't got time IYKWIM, us busy mums can't take a few weeks off walking about can we!! ha ha

Anyway, chin up, I'm here for chats if you need to.
x

KBear · 15/01/2005 21:37

BTW, saying chin up in my last post made me laugh when I read it back cos my last op was thyroid surgery and I obviously had a big cut across my neck and everytime my mate said "chin up" to me, everyone collapsed with laughter. Not funny!!

jrsmum · 15/01/2005 21:40

Nothing a serious as surgey in my case just having some abnormal cells removed! They do it by electrocuting them, sounds a bit dr frankenstein to me ! Still it will get me out of the house
