I watched a romcom tonight with a ridiculous wedding interruption (won’t say which so I don’t spoil anything!)… and it got me thinking, what’s the most ridiculous thing you’ve seen happen at a wedding?

Surely some bonkers things must have happened over the years, it can’t just be the films!!

Friend had too much to drink, went to the loo and when she came back she was embarrassed to walk across the dance floor so she crawled!

I remember going to a wedding with my first boyfriend. The bride was his mum’s friend’s daughter.

We sat through a speech delivered by the bride, praising her mum for bringing her and her siblings up alone, and being the ‘best mum ever’… whilst knowing that her mum had shagged the groom the night before.

They split up soon after, but I don’t think she ever found out what her mum had done.

I was 17 and had only just met them all.
