Version 7, Beta. You have to get it if you use messenger - it's excellent!!!!!!

To get the handwriting tab you need to download MS journal viewer

If you click on your name where you choose to change your status, click on 'add to my personal space' and it lets you have a photo album, a blog and some other stuff

I prefer Trillian -

a) it's not Microsoft

b) It supports yahoo, msn, and 3 other messenger services

c) It takes up less room on the computer

d) It had less bugs and problems than MSN

It's still MSN - and I chat to all my friends on MSN - just using Trillian - which has had more smilies for ages!

I've just got an aversion to Microsoft stuff, SO open to problems, monopolise the market and basically ISN'T actually as good as it's competitiors.

its just taken me nearly 2 bloody hours to download the win2000 service pack before it would let me do the handwriting!! The new msn is cool though isnt it??!
