My house is freezing , has been since early hours of monday, lets place bets on what time British Gas will show up

they were due this morning between 8 and 1pm but no show, DH phones, def this afternoon, then def before 6, phoned again at 6 they were going to phone me back in the next 60 mins! hmmmm

so when if at all do you think the gas engineer will show up?

Hope they have been to you Katz. OUrs is finally sorted now - was so nice to actually have a bath instead of the gym shower!

yep they came at 2.30 this afternoon, boiler fixed but he thinks a new fan will stop to happening again, and as he says since you've paid you might as well get one!

just had a nice warm bath was bliss!

The little things we take for granted, eh?! Ours has had new everything coz they couldn't actually find what was wrong with it - ok by me though, lets hope it stays working now!!

We have the full cover for our boiler. During the really cold snap a couple of months ago our boiler had to be fixed. I waited in all day, and guess what, they didn't show. I really, really, really hate British Gas.
