So, my lil sis is a DJ in Calgary. (No, I'm not really sure how that happened.) She is now appearing in something called Media Idol which is a charity thang and, if she wins her Calgary heat, she will raise $1K for charity and go into the final. If she wins that she raises %10K. I can't really tell you more than that as all I've been able to do is vote for her as the link wouldn't let me watch live footage.

My charity is the Salvation Army in Xalgary, I recently went for a tour of their facilities and they do loads of great work. They have foster care services, hospices, homeless shelters, addiction treatment centres, emergency family and womens shelters, mobile emergency disaster service, that provides meals to the hungry and homeless 4 nights a week, they also have a seniors residence, and much more...All in Calgary
