Usual rules apply:

Take 5 mins only (simulating 'quiz conditions')
You may confer with others if you are not alone (again, simulating quiz conditions)
But you can't google!

here they are:
1)Which English county lies between the counties of Worcestershire and Northamptonshire

2)Which country (according to the International Monetary Fund) has the highest gross domestic product (GDP is the value of all final goods and services produced within a nation in a given year divided by the average population for the same year)?

3)Where in the world would you find Mount Kilimanjaro?

4)Which is the world?s smallest ocean?

5)Which is the southernmost State of the USA?

6)What is the modern-day name for Mesopotamia?

7)What is Portland Bill?

8)What is the name of the stretch of water between the English mainland and the Isle of Wight?

9)What do Australians call a dry stream bed that fills with water when it rains?

  1. In 1506,who was the discoverer of the island of Tristan da Cunha?

Oh gawd, I hope I've got it right this time (i.e. not too hard and not too easy)
