If so, please tell me they make you look gorgeous 'cos I've just blown rather a lot of money on them in a moment of madness and weakness, due to the fact that I'm hurtling towards 40 at an alarming speed.

aha now i was given the face oil and it is good

Furball · 08/11/2004 18:35

I do! Had a dermalogica facial a few months back and have since started using their face wash and 'active moist' moisturiser. Really nice stuff, however have currently a chin full of spots I do like their stuff though.

Furball · 08/11/2004 18:36

Oh sorry! - Must say, I was converted from using shower gel and Nivea!!

I use Dematologica stuff - well, the microfoliant and non-oily moisturiser as I used to get lots and lots of spots and guess what? hardly ever get them now! it is brilliant stuff even though it took a couple of months after I started using it for a real difference on my skin.

PuffTheMagicDragon · 08/11/2004 19:41

Have just used the microfoliant - lovely. Expecting to look 25 tomorrow am .

Um, just thought I'd mention that if you do carry on and need to buy more of their stuff, I find it easier cheaper on e-bay!

SecondhandRose · 09/11/2004 10:41

Yes just started with the exfoliant, expensive at £27 a bottle though. Also have been using a tester of the tinted moisturiser and have been impressed with it.

pinkmama · 09/11/2004 10:46

Is it fragrance free? I have such sensitive skin and find it hard to find nice creams without perfume. Used to swear by Roc and then they started adding fragrance, I don't get on well with clinique (although do swear by their tinted moisturiser). Am mid 30s and skin is rapidly wrinkling and dry. Need drastic help - could this be it?

sis · 09/11/2004 10:46

No it isn't fragranced - at least the stuff I use isn't.

PuffTheMagicDragon · 09/11/2004 10:51

sis - I did a search for it on ebay and couldn't find anything - is there stuff on there currently?

I've just been lookin gtoo, but failed

PuffTheMagicDragon · 09/11/2004 11:02

Pinkmama, ask for some samples to try out first from a shop that sells it. Explain that you have very sensitive skin etc.

A lot of the time, the assistants won't give any samples unless you spend a fortune (this makes me angry as samples are supposed to persuade people to buy, not be a reward for having already spent your money).

However, I did get a couple of samples when I asked in the salon I eventually bought my stuff from. Dermatologica isn't sold everywhere like clinique etc so I think the staff are much better at treating people like customers.

Thanks, think I will try that.

hester · 11/11/2004 10:10

It's a really good range. You won't regret it

sis · 11/11/2004 21:49

sorry, PuffTheMagicDragon, I didn't see your question until this evening - just did a search and found this lot !

PuffTheMagicDragon · 12/11/2004 09:24

Thanks for that sis.
