Twiglett · 03/11/2004 08:32

sounds fine

apart from the 'your clients new business' cos I'm not entirely sure what that means (also missing an apostrophe but I won't be too curmudgeonly )

do you mean 'existing and new business clients'

If your anywhere in Herts, Beds or Bucks you can!

Have placed adverts before but always get complete nesbitts turn up for the interviews - thought i would try a different way of writting it to really get the message across!
Hope this time is a bit easier

Thanks for the comment!

And you've spelt "liaise" wrong too .

Sounds great though!

SpringChicken · 03/11/2004 08:33

Ohh, how can i re-write that! I need it to say that they will be responsible for developing new lines of business and contacts on their clients behalf.

"growth and development of new business for your clients"???

Also think it might sound better if you put "once you have completed your training" or "after completing training".

HTH! (NB is always much easier to re-write than to write. YOu did a good job there!)

I could do Bucks! What's the salary????

creeps in scared...can i just say that every time we used "use of windows an advantage" in one of our ads we got so many people who had never touched a computer and they were hell to train. really we needed them to have basic knowledge of it in order to be able to train them in everything else. although i can probably blame my supervisor for employing complete dimwits who i knew would be impossible for us to train anyway. depends on the company and how much time is available for training i surpose, i know with us it was a struggle.

Telemarketing jobs usually have a bit of a poor reputation in the job market, the things that companies here try to compensate with are nicely appointed offices, staff room, good benefits/perks or by playing up a 'fun team atmosphere'.

It sounds to me like you should change computer skills as an advantage, to as essential and weed out the technophobes.

You could also add something a bit more exciting about your company, something about how fast it has grown or how well it has performed or how loyal your customers are etc.

Are you planning to advertise on the net as well as in print? It is usually quite cheap and might help you get more computer savvy people.

HTH
