Bonfire night - is it just me who hates it?

Well I don't hate it on principle it's the fact that for 2 weeks either side every night you have to listen to fireworks going off all night!

It's like living in a war zone round here most nights. Even during the day kids are letting fireworks off, I saw one lad let a firework off in a phonebox at lunchtime. Where do kids get the money to buy them they cost a fortune?

I would vote for only organised firework displays on the 5th of November!

i hate them to where i live i seen and heard of animals being killed mained and people putting fire works in letter boxes setting fire to other people houses its not just kids teenagers doing this but young adults as well they go of from friday to the monday they scare me and my elder neighbours as well as people with disabilities mentally physically and emotionally its really scary. They have a organised display near me and see them go off from 6pm onwards i really hate it to the point of me crying and having anxiety attacks

They need to be banned in shops these fireworks start from oct onwards they terrify me i remember at school i saw a poster of a young boy who was blinded by fireworks it said don't let this happen to you scary as hell. My aunt lives in Hull Yorkshire and her neighbour a street away had a firework put through the letterbox this 19 year old put a large firework through this lady letter box and set fire to it this neighbour lost her home and all her belongings and her animals because of one stupid night shes not been able to live at the same address or area again. I suffer really badly from anxiety this time of the year. They should be banned. They go of for weeks on end round my area

Same here with me I also hate it it starts in oct and ends 3rd January goes on for far to long. We get people setting of fire works way before bonfire night
