Uncomfortable experience at an NHS appointment

A close friend of mine had to visit a mobile radiology unit for a NHS x-ray appointment. While she was there, she had to change into a hospital gown as her undergarments had metal, which was fine. But the gentleman who did the scan, seems to have not behaved professionally. After the scan, the technician seems to have shown my friend the X-ray image and asked her to tell him what she saw on the image. She initially thought he was talking about an anomaly but, he seemed to have initially pointed out the lungs and said they are the lungs. Then pointed at "the impression or shadow of breasts on the scan" and specifically asked her what they were. My friend couldn't believe what she was being asked and tried to avoid answering but he seemed to have kept insisting her to say what they were until she uttered those words. My friend felt so disgusted by the incident, she couldn't bear to stay there long to even dress up properly, so just put her top on and covered herself and came out in a hurry. Even after she put her top on, this gentleman appeared to have kept on engaging in conversation, and she was only able to leave after another patient came in. On the contrary, when she asked the technician if he had noticed any anomaly, he replied saying he is not qualified to analyse the scan and it will be up to the experts. Obviously my friend is shaken by the whole episode and wondering whether she must file a complaint with the NHS trust as to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else? Has anyone come across something like this? what would you do if you were to experience such incident?

Sorry, I am bit confused. Was he asking what her breasts were? As in she has implants?

No, he was flirtatious and after the scan he pointed out and asked her to say what they were. She doesn't have implants. It wasn't like a medical questions or asked in that manner. Hope this helps

Yes, then that is odd and unprofessional then.
