In your current position.

Clearly there needs to be some element of fantasy eg the house I would love is probably in Wales or Scotland but then I would earn 20p a year

So the house can be anywhere
but you would have to be able to raise the mortgage on it in your current circs

It is just down the road from my parents but I don't think dh would agree to move that far from London. Actually I know he wouldn't and seeing as I have only just dragged him here it wouldn't be to clever to suggest another move

Actually I have just looked at your name as have it for xmas party and I don't think you are who I thought you might be!

I did know someone at school whose parents lived v near that house and I think her Dad was a dentist and I believe she became one too. Her name began with N though and she had a brother at the boys' school whose name began with G....

My dad is an engineer and I have 1 sister, no brothers. I was only there for a year, then transferred to a school outside Salisbury.

hamptons one is nice though there's something quite sad about having a pool when you could literally spit in the sea
