Lactose reduced milk and milk tokens

DD2's result for Coeliac disease came back negative so the doctor said to take her off dairy products and give her soya milk, as he thinks she is alleric to lactose. she refused to drink the Soya milk so found that you can buy Lactose reduced milk, that costs 45p a pint. As we have milk tokens, I phoned up the token people and explained and they said I could use the tokens for her milk, as its UHT. Went to morrisons and was told I couldn't use them for that milk. I agured with them saying that the token helpline told me I could use them and its UHT (which it says can be used for on the back of the token) but they still refused to sell me it, I said what if they took the amount that fresh milk cost (£2.10) and I paid the rest and they still said NO. I can't believe that because my DD has to have different milk to the one that most people have, I have to pay so much more and can't use the tokens that they send me for her....

I have read the infomation on the back of the letter which states that you don't pay for any of your milk UNLESS you buy milk that is more expensive than normal milk......
