Bikini line maintenance. What do you do? Anyone tried laser/ light treatments

Mine is like a jungle.

I hate immac types things and they never work. I have dark hair and it always shows even after using a cream. Shaving is obviously not a good solution and I can't afford waxing.

I want a more permanent solution - I've seen laser and light treatments that claim to make a big difference but they are expensive. I am willing to do it if it works.

In the mean time, how can I keep it under control? (currently tweezing but is too much of a faff)

no, i have a lovely lady who comes to my house and does it for me. the only down side is she takes forever, and is a bit, well, not very accurate withh her time keeping.
but she is wonderful.

I think that if you do the calculations a little more carefully and account for the 4 or 5 sessions that you need for the laser (rather than 8), it works out cheaper over a much shorter period. I think I calculated 3 years for myself. (But even if it works out to 20 in your case, surely you expect to be wanting hairless bits in 20 years time as well...my mother in her mid 70's is still waxing and shaving) And in my case, it was a much more viable solution since waxing produced rashes and ingrown hairs that greatly reduced the time that my hairless parts could be shown to the public. And laser is much much much less painful than waxing.

i know. and in an ideal world i would have it done like a shot. but unfrotunately i just dont have access to money like that.

Sofia has a point... you really do need to be able to afford the initial outgoing to take advantage tho. i can, but can well remmeber not being able to imagine the possiblity
